By using the geeksanalytics.com Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not access or use the Platform.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register or purchase paid services. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Account Registration & Security
  • Provide accurate and current information during registration and update as needed.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Notify us immediately if your account is used without authorization.
  1. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Share or distribute course content without permission.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or exploit the Platform’s systems.
  1. Course Access & Intellectual Property
  • Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view course content solely for your own learning.
  • All Platform content is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You retain ownership of your own submissions but grant us a royalty-free license to use them for Platform operations, improvements, and marketing purposes.
  1. Group & Corporate Courses
  • The primary account holder manages seats and user access.
  • They are responsible for all members’ compliance with these Terms.
  • Seat usage is limited to the number purchased.
  1. Instructor Responsibilities
  • Instructors must be qualified to teach assigned content.
  • They must respect confidentiality of student and course information.
  • Non-compliance may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.
  1. Certification Integrity
  • Certificates are awarded upon completion of course requirements.
  • Misrepresentation, fraud, or falsification may lead to certificate revocation and future ineligibility.
  1. Corporate Partnership Terms

9.1 Scope & License
Corporate partners may enrol employees under purchased seats. Redistribution or sublicensing is prohibited.

9.2 Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality over shared business practices, pricing, course methods, and participant data, effective during and for three years post-partnership.

9.3 Data Handling
Participant data shared for account provisioning will be handled in accordance with our data protection policies.

9.4 Indemnification
Corporate partners agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or losses arising from breaches of these Terms, data misuse, or unauthorized sharing of content.

9.5 Termination & Transition
Partnerships continue until terminated by either party. Upon termination, partners must facilitate orderly completion or withdrawal of participants within a 30-day notice period.

  1. Payments & Refunds
  • Payment must be received before course access begins; taxes may apply.
  • Non-payment may result in suspended access.
  • Refunds are managed under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, performance, accuracy, or specific outcomes.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where required by law.

  1. General Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute not resolved within 30 days may be referred to binding arbitration, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network failures, strikes, or acts of government.

  1. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. A waiver of rights in one instance is not a waiver in future instances.

  1. Notices

Official notices, changes to these Terms, and grievance communications will be delivered via the email you provided or posted on the Platform.
