  • No Refunds After Access: Once a digital product or online course has been accessed or downloaded, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Exceptions for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product or course twice.
    • Technical Issues: If the product or course is inaccessible due to technical problems that our support team cannot resolve.
  • Refund Requests: To request a refund under the above exceptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, providing:
    • Your order ID
    • A description of the issue
    • Proof of payment
  1. Instructor-Led Courses & Group Enrolments
  • Cancellation Before Course Start: You may cancel your enrolment up to 48 hours before the course begins for a full refund.
  • No Refund After Course Commencement: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Group Enrolments: For corporate or group enrolments, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course start date to receive a refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
